What DeniMail stores
Messages delivered to addresses at denimail.com: sender, recipient, subject, body and attachments. Bodies and attachments are encrypted at rest with a key kept only on this server.
Who can read it
Only account holders who log in, protected by a password and, where enabled, two-factor authentication. No employee, vendor or third party has access.
Retention
Messages are deleted automatically after 30 days. Account holders can delete any message or address at any time.
Cookies and tracking
One session cookie to keep you logged in. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts.
Hosting
The service runs on a single server in Germany. Connections use TLS.
